We apologize for the delay in getting back to you regarding the adjustment your stats.
You are receiving this email because we have encountered an issue whereby we have not been able to locate the history of your soldier’s stats previous to March 22nd. We therefore do not have a clear guide as to the status of your stats or rank reached before your soldier joined a compromised server. Screen shots of stats before March 22nd can not be used as a guideline to adjust your stats.
We understand the importance of stats to our Battlefield community, and we are willing to set your solider to a rank of a Captain with 113,000 global score, 20,000 commander score, 30,000 team score, and 63,000 combat score. In order to best preserve the integrity of the Battlefield 2 leaderboard we cannot adjust soldiers to a rank or score above this without a statistical history.
We are also aware that some affected players did not reach a rank of Captain and may wish to be set to a lower rank and score so that they can earn the rank themselves. If you did not reach the rank of Captain, and you wish to be adjusted to a lower rank of First Sergeant please reply to this email. You will be adjusted to First Sergeant with 20,000 global score, 1,000 commander score, 8,000 team score, and 11,000 combat score.
Please reply to this email by Sunday May 11th with which of the two above ranks as we have stated so we can go ahead and process your solider. But please remember to select Captain or First Sergeant so your request can be processed.
