Machinifest 2009

MachiniCast.com in association with TheDigitalSet.com, have put together the 2009 Machinifest, a contest for the entire machinima community to compete in.

There's two categories you can enter your machinima in: comedy and action/drama. If you are feeling creative, you can make a machinima that fits in both categories. You may make a machinima using any video game you want, including Garry's Mod.

The prizes are as follows:

• First place winner of each category: A $50 GameStop Gift Card Second place winner of each category: A $25 GameStop Gift Card

Be sure to check out the rules and guidelines so you get an idea what and what doesn't fly in this contest.

To submit your entries, head on over to MachiniCast.com's Submission Page and fill in the appropriate information.

During the submission period, all entries will be private, so you don't have to worry about your entries being viewed by the competition. They'll be made public after the judges have went through them all and picked the winners.

Be sure to get your entries done by July 31st!!
