Killing Floor model rips
This project being undertaken by
ssa gib A is an attempt at converting as much content as possible from the game
Killing Floor.

RP_Varrock
Recently resurrected is this two year old mapping project by
MasterShake4 based off of the town Varrock in the online roleplaying game Runescape.
As seen in some of the above pictures, this map looks fantastic, but still has a way to go, as evident by the developer textures.

EVE Online Models
Lankist has been working on porting content from
EVE Online to Garry's Mod.
Even though there's some models released to the public already, this pack is far from done. It you want to download what he's got done so far, click this shiny little button below:

RP_Skyfall
This ambitious project by
Scyze is an attempt at building his dream roleplay map.
It's set in the year 2020 after a "Sleeping Plague" - a disease that kills anyone who catches in in three hours, swept through the entire planet. Long story short, the survivors decided to build their own utopia:
Skyfall City.
