Gm_mobenix_v3 has been updated with several bug fixes and some small new features.

Changelog:

• fix some textures not includet in bsp
• fix Train respawn sometimes fails
• fix dozer block wall block all phys objekts when the tunnelediter is disabled
• change remove water in Construct area
• change intensify steering of brushed cars
• change decrease yellow color of sun
• more ligting optimation
• add more options to map config 70% of all map entity are now deletable (30% more as in v3) other small optimations and changes
