Changes/New things
You can jump out from any vehicle or seat (GTA style).
The ragdoll takes damage.
The ragdoll has a health bar (requires to have sv_cheats on in multiplayer)
Enabled bailout on vehicles (cars and such)
Added console commands to disable/enable bail out and jump out on cars and seats.
Added "resource add file" so players joining a server will download the necessary content.
Fixed many other multiplayer bugs.
You will no longer need to re-weld the seat after bailing out because now it will create a new seat instead and put you in it.
