Der Platz wird nur als frei angezeigt, aber die ganzen einsen und nullen bleiben bestehen. Erst wenn er was anderes drüberkopiert ist es weg.
Desshalb: Wenn ihr eueren alten PC verkauft, unbedingt den Inhalt auf der Festplatte
komplett vernichten. Formatieren reicht dazu nicht aus! Da gibts bestimmte Programme die das können.
Nebenbei, kenn des TuneUp Utilities von früher (v2005) das is ziemlich geil, man kann Festplatte, Registry aufräumen, System optimieren und so weiter und sofort.
Ich empfehle jedem sich mal davon die Trial Version zu saugen und sein System "general zu überholen".
