Mapping Contest #6: Horror

Well after about 3 weeks the next mapping contest has come to a close. This contests theme was Horror, which for the sole use of static images is hard to give across to the audience with a map, but the contestants done rather well.

A rather cliched map (but then horror is a hard subject to break out of cliches), but it works well, and the brushwork is good, as well as prop placement. Here is a short description which he gave with his map.
"In the early 90's, all the staff and patients went missing.They have still not been found to date. Screams of pain and torture emerge from the hospital at night"

This map made good use of props and textures, and although the scene is quite small, it looks good. The scene is explained by Omega later on in the voting thread.
I worked hard to portray a woman, enjoying the comforts of her home, resting in peace, while danger was mere feet away, and death is immanent, whats more horrific then dying in your sleep?
