It's a
Pedobear SNPC! It tries to catch you and rape (kill) you. Each Pedobear has over 9000 hitpoints, so they're pretty hard to bring down.
It also contains a bonus entity which has Opera saying her infamous "Over 9000 penises" line in a nice musical format.
