Demazure's GM_Excess_Waters is a primarily water-based construct map but has plenty of ground for you to work on. It's also a sequel to his previous map, GM_Excess_Construct (http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=660172), and was modeled after that.
It's got the news room copied over from gm_excess_construct, basically it's a room containing a rendertarget camera that broadcasts out to all RT screens in the map. There's an on and off switch for the broadcasts.
There's also wire switches placed around the map that you can use to make wiremod interact with the map's doors, for instance, if you wanted to make a keycard-protected entrance you can do that here.
