Ultra’s Rail Gun by ultradr3mer (http://www.facepunch.com/member.php?u=170200) is simply a really fun to use railgun with a huge recoil. If has the ability to one-shot-kill any NPC, even Gman and hunters.
Because of the recoil, you can aim towards the ground and shoot, sending yourself in the air, giving you a feeling similar to rocket jumping with the Soldier in Team Fortress 2.
