NECROSSIN (http://www.facepunch.com/member.php?u=107801)'s Headcrab Hat gives your playermodels an interesting fashion accessory. It attaches a headcrab to the heads of your playermodels to give them the illusion of being zombified. It makes you a pseudo-zombie, basically.
Kind of similar to how Valve's Headcrab Hat (http://store.valvesoftware.com/productshowcase/productshowcase_HL2HeadCrabHat!.html) turns real people into zombies, but in the video game world instead. And this doesn't cost $29.95 to get either.
