Matt Wild, the same person who hosted the Server Rally Challenge from a while back, is having another challenge on his server. (address: 69.162.73.101:27015 (steam://connect/69.162.73.101:27015) (click link to connect to it automatically))
He's having a Maze Race Challenge, and the winner gets admin powers on his server.
To enter in this challenge, add Matt Wild (http://steamcommunity.com/id/mattwild) (to add him using the add friends window, add him using the name matt640) to your friends list on Steam. To help him with organizing the event, you should only apply if you are certain you are going to be able to attend.
The challenge will take place 3 PM GMT+0. To translate this to your own time zone, hop on over here (http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/gmt-converter.htm).
This server will require that you have the addons PHX3, Wire Mod, Advanced Duplicator, and the map gm_bigcity.
