Fretta (http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=702614)'s gone through a few changes since the last time it was featured on this site.

In case you don't know what Fretta is, Fretta's a base gamemode designed to help people speed up the development of their own gamemodes (hence the name, Fretta is Italian for "hurry.")

One of the major changes Fretta has underwent was the gamemode "Rock a Vote" voting system. Instead of everyone just voting for a gamemode prior to switching gamemodes, it's been changed to have a system where enough people have to say they've had "enough" of playing the current gamemode, and once it hits that amount, the gamemode voting process begins.

A typical voting session

The current amount of user made gamemodes for Fretta has at least 5 the amount it had when it first started out, all of which take advantage of Fretta's versatility.

With garry (http://www.facepunch.com/member.php?u=1) and Rambo_6 (http://www.facepunch.com/member.php?u=15082) leading Fretta's development, it's in a state of constant evolution and improvement.

If you want to give Fretta a try for yourself while it's still in development, check out the official Facepunch Gmod server at game1.facepunch.com (steam://connect/game1.facepunch.com).

By the way, if you're feeling brave an adventurous, and know how to use SVN, you can have a look at the beta of Garry's Mod, which includes Fretta in it.

Here's the SVN address:

The username and password are both "anon" (minus the quotes)
