If you've had Gmod installed for a long time, you've probably built up a large collection of STOOLs. And your STOOL list has probably gotten to be a pain to sort through to find the STOOL you want.
earthHunter (http://www.facepunch.com/member.php?u=61942) knows your pain, and made Tool Search to help with this problem.
It works much like Gmod's built-in prop searching feature, where it automatically searches your STOOL list as you type. If you hit your ENTER key, it will automatically switch you to the STOOL that's at the top of the search results.
To use it, you need to bind a key to the console command "tool_search", to do this, enter this command into your command console:
bind o tool_search
By default, "o" is not bound to anything, but to bind it to something else, simply change "o" in the above command to something else.
For more information on console key binding and other console features, including how to enable the console, check out this wiki article (http://wiki.garrysmod.com/wiki/?title=Console).
