This is an SNPC recreation of the Pao-Kai from Dark Messiah. It isn't very complex, but it can fly around somewhat, and shoots flames that can kill you, or damage you greatly if you get caught at the edge of a fireball. When you shoot it, it attempts to dodge bullets. If you get close enough to it, he will eve try to stab you with his claws!
You can even use this dragon in an NPC battle. He will try to kill other NPCs such as hunters and combine soldiers, while at the same time, the said NPCs will try and kill the dragon. However, when you spawn dozens of these dragons, the game tends to lag a little.
