So we had gm_flatgrass... But what if you want to have some fun/survival adventure in a sahara like desert? If you've ever wanted such a map then today is your lucky day! GM_TheDesert is a map made by the new Facepunch member Alleh (http://www.facepunch.com/member.php?u=198172). Although it may seem a bit simple, I think it's as brilliant as the simplicity of Garry's own flatgrass. You will know what I mean when I've shown you some screens!

"What's the size?" I hear you say? Well it uses the full hammer grid and instead of some decompiled flatgrass, it uses a nice displacement to give you the feeling of a real hilly desert! Seriously, give it a try and if you don't think it's genius yet, say so in the thread (http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=686927) or just give this man a thumb up for mapping the desert flatgrass of our dreams!
