Scripted Weapons is a part of Gmod I will always love. In my opinion, Sweps are where people get really creative. Not just Sweps. Stools as well. So here is a list of Sweps and Stools that you will have hours of fun with.
New and better Dear Sister swep
If you have seen The OC or SNL or... Any video making fun of the two, you know what to expect. This Swep allows you to kill a close friend in the best way possible. Here's a video:

Fists
Ah yes. This is one of the Sweps I was looking for most. Maybe you can put it to use. Fists are ever so simple but a must have for any server. Check it out:

Tornado Gun
Another simple, yet fun, Swep. This Swep does exactly what you'd think it does. It makes a tornado that sucks up physics props. Unfortunately I couldn't find any other videos. Here is someone using the Tornado Gun on 1024 gnomes:

Explosive Entities
Explosive Entities is a Stool that I have fallen in love with. This is easily the best Stool I have downloaded in a while. This Stool can make any prop explosive and makes it go out with a bang. Unfortunately I was unable to find a video. So here's a picture and download link:

Laser Stool 2.0
If you have any sense of creativity this stool is for you. I have managed to put this to use in things from bases to contraptions and this is definately one of the better Stools. Take a look:
