1. Conna's stool pack
Although this IS a pack, and not just one stool, you still need to have it. This will come in handy for anything from to triggering your minge traps to making doors from any prop. It has a verity of stools in it, here is the list.
Breakable Props tool (you can set the hp on items, then when the hp gets low they start burning, then blow up)
Cloaking tool (you can set it's radius and everything in it is cloaked)
Command box tool (you can set it to run console commands when you press a numpad button. Also words like disconnect, say, quit, ect. it won't let you use)
Constraint Breaker tool (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it lets you break constraints)
Fading door tool (this will let you make a door out of a prop. When you press a numpad button (it can be toggled too) it will fade away till you let it go, letting people and objects (and gun fire!) go though it)
Fan tool (these seem kinda buggy, but you can set the force and then they blow stuff.....)
Perimeter turret tool (this will let you make a turret that can only shoot in a perimeter)
Position switcher tool (when you press a numpad button you can switch the places of 2 objects)
Pressure pad tool (you can set a weight that when exceeded will press a numpad button)
Rotator tool (amazing! It rotates things!)
Sensor tool (you can set the length of it then if anything walk though it it will press a numpad button)
Timer tool (you can set timers.... kinda like the title says)
Toggleable hoverball tool (you can make hover balls that can be toggled on and off)
Over all I think this is very useful, and I have used all of them at least once (some 100s) sense I got it.

2. Smart welder
This is very useful if you build very big things and hate welding them all together. With Smart welder you can select (selection in green) or use auto select (sometimes it won't get every thing but it's most times it works fine. Left click + E is auto select) and it will weld them with perimeters you set (e.g. stability welds, max welds per props). I use this a ton my self, also using it with the stacker (below) can help a ton to speed towers and things of that size up.

3. Stacker
This is another (well they all are really...) useful tool. You can stack a prop (good for towers) with settings for a verity of thing such as, the ability to stack it a little bit to the right or left, up and down,forwards and backwards, and the stack directions, and other things. Very useful if you build large scale things.

4. Measuring Stick
This is very VERY useful if you like hydraulics. If you need to know how far it needs to extend, just measure it! I use this all the time. Kinda self explanatory.

5. Unbreakable
You will use this if you ever build with glass wood or anything that can break. All it does is it makes it so it CAN'T (yes that right, CAN'T) break. Again, self explanatory.

6. No Collide World
Just like the normal one, except better. With this you can no collide it to everything except the world, or even with the world it self. Very useful. Ditto. (if you don't know what ditto means, look it up, now)

7. No Collide Multi.
This will let you select a number of objects, then no collide them all together at the same time. Ditto. Ditto. (I said look it up!)

8. Weight
With this you can change the weight of any prop you can think of. Won't you have SO MUCH FUN making a soda can weight 50,000lb? Good if you wanna make something heavy, or light. Ditto. Ditto. (LOOK IT UP! NOW!)

9. Buoyancy
With this you can make this float. Now you don't have to use those floating barrel for all you boats. Just make them float! This one comes in 2 flavors though, normal (for normal use) and wire (for use with wire mod). I'm not even going to bother saying that word.]

10. Keypad
Last but not least, the Keypad tool. This will come in handy for securing any door. Good to use with the fading door tool (above). You can set a 4 digit number password that will have to be entered, when it is entered correctly you can set it to press a numpad key, and even for how long. If the wrong pass code is entered, you can tell it to (again) press a numpad and for how long.
